Open MRI of Wausau is located in the Weston Clinic Building at 4005 Community Center Drive, Suite 120, Weston, Wisconsin, 54476.

4005 Community Center Drive is located one block North of the Highway 29 and the Camp Phillips Road/County Road X intersection.

If you are coming from the North or South on I39/Highway 51:
1. Take the Highway 29 EAST exit.
2. The County Road X/Camp Phillips Road exit is the second exit on Highway 29 going east from I39. At the end of the exit ramp turn Left and Proceed North one Block and you will see the Clinic on the Left side of the Road.
3. Turn Left at the intersection onto East Everest Ave, go one block and turn Left again to the clinic parking lot.

If you are traveling East on Highway 29:
1. As you enter Wausau, Highway 29 will merge with Highway 51/I39 going south, you must follow the signs to stay on Highway 29 (Exit South on I39).
2. While traveling South on Highway 51/I39, Take the Highway 29 EAST exit.
3. The County Road X/Camp Phillips Road exit is the second exit on Highway 29 going east from I39. At the end of the exit ramp turn Left and Proceed North one Block and you will see the Clinic on the Left side of the Road.
4. Turn Left at the intersection onto East Everest Ave, go one block and turn Left again to the clinic parking lot.

If you are traveling West on Highway 29:
1. Take the County Road X/Camp Phillips Road Exit.
2. At the end of the exit ramp turn Right and Proceed North one Block and you will see the Clinic on the Left side of the Road.
3. Turn Left at the intersection onto East Everest Ave, go one block and turn Left again to the clinic parking lot.
